This Inner Light Oil is the little sister of the Inner Light Elixir. For support with intuition, clarity & wisdom for women at any stage of their life but particularly suited to pregnancy, birth, for premenstrual tension and for postpartum integration.

Intuition, clarity & wisdom (innate intelligence) is one of women’s most coveted power. There are so many opportunities in our modern society and in daily life at home for this power to be eroded & taken away. And without it, women burn out. In my role as a doula and herbalist, I make sure to protect this power and help women reclaim their connection with their intuition with plant medicine when they feel they aren’t optimised.

Chamomile and Mugwort blended in custom proportions and extracted in organic olive oil.
